The salesperson should inform you about the Kia PCP agreement deal and what it can and cannot do so that you make a well-informed choice and pay for a deal that suits your needs and your preferences. In the event that they have not done this, you may be entitled to compensation.

Was the salesperson clear about who was responsible for the repairs to the vehicle, including the charges that would be attached to the Kia PCP agreement in the future?

Did the Kia Sales rep make it clear enough to you when you signed your Kia PCP Agreement that he/she would earn significant commissions from your agreement?
